Direct Service Professionals (DSPs) work with individuals to increase community inclusion and develop social and community relationships.
Description
The Community Support Program focuses on enhancing an individual’s quality of life, and developing and maintaining their skills that support their health and well-being.

Daily Living Skills
Services are provided in the community. Services are provided individually and in groups of up to three clients. All services are delivered as written into the Person Centered Plan, allowing flexibility and individuality for every person.
Eligibility for Services
In order to be eligible for this service, an individual must have MaineCare and Section 29 funding through Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Aging and Disability Services. An individual must have MaineCare with section 21 or section 29 funding through the Department of Health and Human Sevices, Office of Aging and Disability Services, or be willing and able to pay privately at standard rates.
